meet the founder
Kendra K. Pruitt, Esq.
Solution Seekers was born out of necessity and frustration. Having experience representing diverse clients as a corporate lawyer, serving as a trusted advisor to the mayor of a capital city developing and implementing policy initiatives, and then managing the day-to-day operations as Chief of Staff for a midsize city with 2500 employees, our founder recognized the needs of business and government and how they often overlapped.
Recognizing the limitations of business and government, our firm works at the intersection of strategy and operations to achieve clients’ goals while optimizing productivity, profits, and purpose.
THE TEAM
Alongside our in-house team of social media experts, web designers, and videographers, we work with several creative partners to ensure your project is optimized for success. Each of our creative partners has decades of experience in their area of expertise and we maintain active professional relationships with each of them. After identifying the specific scope of work, we always make sure to select the right partner for the project and budget.

I often say, "Kendra Pruitt is my left AND right brain," and I mean that. From advising on my campaign for Mayor of Little Rock, Arkansas to developing and implementing our policy platform then eventually leading day to day operations at City Hall, she has been a integral part of my success. Her legal prowess and strategic thinking supported our campaign and later advised how we governed for over five years.
